At Maskill Investments, our vision is simple: to create as many happy homes for as many people as possible.
With a growing portfolio of commercial and residential properties, we specialise in taking unused, unloved spaces that are falling into disrepair and thoughtfully transforming them into homes that support the growing housing shortage. Today, it's estimated that England alone needs an additional 300,000 new homes each year to keep up with demand — a target that hasn’t been met for decades.
